Patrion’s field engineers provide hands-on Rockwell Automation system integration services focused on delivering deterministic, maintainable, and secure automation systems. Working across ControlLogix (1756), CompactLogix (5380/1769), GuardLogix safety controllers, Studio 5000 Logix Designer, FactoryTalk View/ME/SE and RSLinx, Patrion executes project engineering, on-site commissioning, migrations, and sustainment for discrete and process plants. Safety and functional-safety projects use GuardLogix hardware, safety-certified I/O, and adhere to IEC 61508 / IEC 61511 SIL lifecycle practices, including safety validation, functional testing, and as-built safety documentation. Control logic and HMI standards apply IEC 61131-3 programming discipline and ISA-18.2 alarm management methodologies. Patrion supports full project lifecycles: requirements/specifications, Studio 5000/RSLogix development, FAT/SAT execution, rack-and-stack commissioning, loop checks, performance tuning, firmware management, and disaster-recovery planning with FactoryTalk AssetCentre.
