Safety and cybersecurity are integral: Patrion engineers implement GuardLogix safety applications, validate SIL-related functionality to IEC 61508 and IEC 62061 expectations, and perform control system hardening and network segmentation aligned to IEC 62443 and NIST Cybersecurity Framework recommendations. Firmware and compatibility management (controller, chassis, I/O module, drive firmware) are handled with staging and rollback plans to minimize production risk. Services extend to PLC logic troubleshooting, ladder/ST/structured text diagnostics, tag mapping, I/O and power sequencing, spare parts and obsolescence management, and remote diagnostics using secure VPN and FactoryTalk Remote Access patterns.
