Patrion’s field-service engineers deliver hands-on commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, programming and system-integration services for Mitsubishi Electric factory automation platforms worldwide. The team’s experience covers MELSEC iQ‑R PLCs, GX Works3 programming, GOT2000 HMI systems (GT Designer3), MR‑J5 servo drives, CC-Link IE networking and associated I/O and motion modules. Projects that require MES or ERP alignment follow ISA-95 workflows to separate device, control and enterprise layers. Safety engineering integrates Mitsubishi fail-safe CPUs and certified safety I/O modules to achieve compliance with IEC 61508 and ISO 13849 where required, and Patrion performs safety validation and documentation (SIL/PLe verification) as part of FAT/SAT. Patrion’s engineers also manage obsolescence and migration projects—converting legacy MELSEC and Q-series applications to iQ‑R hardware, remapping I/O, reworking motion profiles and validating performance. Spare-part provisioning, field-bus diagnostics, vibration and thermal analysis on drives and motors, and root-cause failure analysis are provided under service agreements or emergency dispatch. Patrion documents all work with build sheets, revision-controlled PLC/HMI projects, network diagrams and test reports to meet client procurement and audit requirements.
