Proof-testing and ongoing validation services include development of repeatable proof-test scripts aligned to IEC 61511 intervals, automation of partial-stroke testing on ESD/SDV final elements where positioner diagnostics permit, seat-leakage and seat-integrity testing, and capture of results into Uniformance or client CMMS for trending and RCM. The firm quantifies Diagnostic Coverage (DC), Safe Failure Fraction (SFF) and assesses Common Cause Failures (CCF) to sustain declared SIL claims. Safety-lifecycle services extend to management-of-change (MOC), periodic safety audits, spares optimization for C300, Experion and ControlEdge modules, and obsolescence planning including C300-to-ControlEdge migration strategies to minimize outage windows. Cybersecurity and secure-change procedures follow IEC 62443 guidance: firmware and patch validation in lab environments, preservation of validated baselines, staged deployment, network segmentation and least-privilege access controls. Patrion’s field teams provide commissioning, emergency response, retrofit and preventative maintenance with cross-disciplinary engineers experienced in petrochemical, refining, LNG, power generation and water/wastewater sectors.
